Description

Homemade treats for tea. For a children's party, it's not necessary to buy a cake from the store—you can easily make one yourself! Just read this recipe, and you'll effortlessly be able to treat the kids to a homemade cake. Serve with tea or coffee.

   First, prepare the cream for the cake. To do this, melt the butter and beat it with 2/3 of the condensed milk, adding cocoa powder. The mixture should become smooth and uniform.

   Grate the ready-made sponge cakes on a coarse grater or crumble them by hand. Add 1/3 of the cream and the remaining condensed milk. Mix thoroughly and place in the refrigerator to let the crumbs soak well.

   Shape the hedgehog's body in the form of a drop from the moist crumbs.

   Melt the chocolate and use a brush or spatula to coat the hedgehog's face with a layer of chocolate.

   While the chocolate has not yet hardened, use the nuts to make eyes and the sprinkles for the nose.

   Transfer the remaining cream into a piping bag and pipe it where the hedgehog's spines should be.

   Decorate the spikes with pieces of marmalade and place the cake in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
