Instructions

Step 1

Let's start with the cream: break an egg into a bowl and mix it with sugar, vanilla, and three tablespoons of flour. Then pour milk into a saucepan with the egg mixture, stir well, and place the saucepan over heat. Cook the cream, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Then remove from heat and let it cool. Meanwhile, mash the softened butter with a fork and beat it until fluffy. Once the cream has cooled slightly, gradually add the butter to it and beat the cream thoroughly.

Step 2

The cream is ready, so we can proceed to the batter for the layers. First, pour the condensed milk into a bowl and mix it with the egg, then add the flour sifted and combined with baking powder.

Step 3

Knead the dough from these ingredients, but it should turn out soft and elastic.
- 4
Step 4

Divide the finished dough into 8 equal parts, which will be our layers.
- 5
Step 5

Now roll out each piece of dough with a rolling pin into a thin sheet.

Step 6

Place a dry skillet (without oil) over heat and heat it well. Place the pancakes on it one by one and fry them until brown spots appear on the surface, about one minute on each side.
- 7
Step 7

Now we generously spread each cake layer with the still-warm cream and stack them on top of each other.
- 8
Step 8

Our cake is ready, it only remains to decorate it. The simplest thing to do is to sprinkle it with grated chocolate.
- 9
Step 9

And create a pattern with whipped cream on the sides.
