
Mushroom tortellini
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. If you're not yet familiar with tortellini, let me tell you. It's a dish of Italian cuisine, something similar to our dumplings, but in Italy they are somehow considered a type of pasta. In any case, it's a dough-based dish with filling inside. And since it's now available in almost every store, many recipes using it have emerged. Now I'll tell you. The finished dish can be served at the table.

First, thoroughly rinse the mushrooms and clean them of any debris, then place them on paper towels to remove excess moisture.

Place a pot of water on the stove, salt it, and cook the tortellini in it. Put the mushrooms in a dry skillet and sauté for a few minutes.

When the mushrooms have released excess moisture, add the clarified fat (here it is with added herbs) to the pan and pour in a little vegetable oil.

Sauté the mushrooms until fully cooked, then add the minced garlic and dried herbs at the end.

Pour in the cream and add the chopped cheese, mix and simmer until the cheese melts.

When the tortellini are almost ready, drain them in a colander and transfer to the frying pan with the mushroom sauce, season with salt and pepper, mix well and simmer over low heat for 3-5 minutes. Serve the finished dish on plates and bring to the table.
