Cake
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. Beat a pack of softened margarine with 1 cup of sugar. While continuing to beat, add 3 eggs, baking soda neutralized with vinegar, and zest of one lemon. Knead the dough by adding 2.5 cups of flour. Bake two cake layers in a preheated oven at 180–200 degrees. For the cream: beat 300 grams of softened butter with one can of condensed milk until smooth, fluffy, and white. At the end, add vanilla. Trim the cooled cake layers to fit the shape of your cake pan. Place the bottom layer onto the cake pan and soak it with any syrup from jam. Spread a thin layer of cream over the soaked layer. Place the second layer on top and also soak and cover it with cream. Crumble the leftover cake pieces into medium crumbs and mix with a small amount of cream. Form this mixture into balls of various sizes. Coat them with cream and place them on the cake layers stacked on top of each other to resemble a snowman. Dust the entire cake with powdered sugar. Decorate the top with decorative sprinkles. Make the snowman's nose from a raisin, eyes from chocolate or sprinkles, and arms from sweet sticks. Decorate the side of the cake with meringues and halved grapes. ! Ready to serve with tea or coffee.
