Cake
Description
Homemade baked treat for tea. A wonderful cake for true sweet lovers. Knead the dough and bake a cake layer in the oven, which will serve as the base for our cake. Beat egg whites with sugar, spread the mixture onto a baking sheet, and dry the resulting meringue in the oven. While it's drying, prepare the cream. Spread the cake layer with cream and build a tower of meringues on top. Dip each meringue into the cream and place it onto the tower. Sprinkle the finished cake with grated chocolate on top. Let it chill slightly in the refrigerator, then serve. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
