Description

Especially in summer, this "Berry Basket" cake is very popular. Its biscuit base is perfectly complemented by custard cream and berry jelly. It's best to let the cake set overnight in the refrigerator, so it can fully absorb the flavors and firm up. Serve it warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

    14. Since it wasn't berry season yet, and I was making the cake in spring, I used frozen berries.

    Step 15

    15. Evenly distribute the berries over the entire surface of the biscuit, and separately pour the gelatin with hot water. Wait for it to swell, then pour the entire surface of the pie.
