Cake in the shape of a dog
Description
I really like this simple dog-shaped cake recipe. Of course, if you're baking something delicious just for fun, without any special occasion, there's no need to spend ages shaping the cake layer to look like a dog. In that case, it's better to simply bake a tasty cake with cherries and cocoa. I recommend giving it a try—it's delicious even without any decorations. Serve it cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions

Step 1

1. First, thoroughly wash the cherries, dry them, and remove the pits. Try not to spill a single drop of juice: it will make the cake tastier. So, pit them right over the bowl where the batter will go.

Step 2

2. Add all the dry ingredients to the juice: flour, cocoa, sugar, baking soda, and vanillin. Mix them together, then add sugar, coconut oil (melted beforehand), coffee, cherries, and wine. Mix thoroughly.

Step 3

3. If possible, bake the cake layer in an oval shape. Alternatively, make the cake layer in any shape, then trim the excess to form an oval. Use the leftover pieces to make five small circles, arranging them in a circle – these will be the dog's paws and face.

Step 4

4. Melt the butter and chocolate in a double boiler, then generously pour over the cake from a cellophane bag with a hole or using a piping syringe to create a "fur" effect. Once set, decorate the cake to resemble a dog!
