Cake
Description
The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. 1. Prepare the cake layers: Preheat the oven, and in the meantime, heat the chocolate in a saucepan until smooth. Remove from heat, add sugar and vanilla, then mix thoroughly. 2. Line the baking pan with parchment paper. 3. Lightly beat the eggs with a whisk and add the already cooled chocolate mixture. Add sour cream and gently mix. 4. Sift in the flour and add baking powder. 5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out dry. 6. Let the cake cool completely, then cut it into 3 layers. 7. Prepare the raspberry filling: Place berries in a small saucepan, pour in water, add sugar, and heat over low heat. Add the jelly and cook for about 3 minutes until the mixture becomes transparent. Let it cool. 8. Prepare the chocolate ganache: Heat cream and chocolate over low heat, stirring frequently. Once the chocolate is completely melted, remove from heat, slightly cool, then add butter. Chill in the refrigerator for several hours. Before assembling the cake, beat the ganache well until fluffy. 9. Assemble the cake: Place the first layer on a plate and spread it with ganache in ring shapes. Fill the gaps with raspberry filling. 10. Top with the second cake layer and add raspberry filling in the center. 11. Refrigerate (I left it overnight). The "Usladov Triuf" cake is ready. Serve with tea or coffee.
