Cake
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Children and sweet tooths will especially appreciate your efforts. "Hive" cake at home is a wonderful alternative to traditional sponge cakes. Try making it yourself and be amazed by its incredible taste. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Mix all the necessary ingredients for the honey sponge cake. Divide into two parts and add cocoa to one part.
- 2
Step 2

2. Bake the cake layers at 180 degrees, and make one of the layers in a shaped form. A muffin tin works well for this.
- 3
Step 3

3. Do the same with the vanilla sponge cake. While the cake layers are baking, prepare the cream. Mix sour cream with cottage cheese, add vanilla sugar and powdered sugar, beat everything, then place in the refrigerator.
- 4
Step 4

4. Cut the light cakes into two parts and the dark ones into three. Use the dark cakes for the base. Spread cream on all of them.

Step 5

5. Generously spread the cake sides as well. Pour honey into the center (the hollow left by the bundt pan). I saved some cake scraps, crumbled them, and used to cover the center. Prepare the jelly according to the recipe and cover the top. Once everything has set, spread the entire surface (including the sides) with buttercream.

Step 6

6. When everything has set, cover the cake with fondant. I used chocolate and colorful fondant.

Step 7

7. This is what your cake will look like after complete decoration.
