Cake
Description
Perfect for serving with tea and coffee. There are two ways to prepare this cake: you can make it with rum or with brewed coffee. The first option is suitable for adults. The cake is very easy to make with minimal effort, thanks to a multicooker. If you don't have one, you can bake it in the oven, placing a baking tray with water underneath. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
Break the dark chocolate (cocoa content not less than 62%) into pieces, place in a saucepan, and add the butter.
- 2
Step 2
Melt the contents of the saucepan using a double boiler, stirring constantly with a spatula to prevent the chocolate from burning.
- 3
Step 3
Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the chocolate cool slightly, then pour in the rum (or if making for children, add brewed coffee).
- 4
Step 4
In a separate bowl, break the chicken eggs, beat them with a mixer, and gradually add granulated sugar until a light foamy mass forms.
- 5
Step 5
Gently fold the egg mixture into the chocolate mixture, stirring well with a spatula.
- 6
Step 6
Line the multicooker bowl with parchment paper and grease it with butter, then pour in the batter and smooth it out with a spatula.
- 7
Step 7
Install the bowl and set the "Baking" mode for 2 hours.
- 8
Step 8
After cooking, remove the bowl, let it cool, and refrigerate overnight. Then, use a sharp knife to loosen the edges and invert the cake onto a plate.

Step 9
Dust the cake with cocoa powder and serve chilled.
