The best thing about this "Tank" cake recipe is that it's incredibly easy and quick to make, yet brings immense joy. For example, if your son's birthday is coming up or perhaps it's approaching February 23rd, here's a fantastic addition to your festive table—not store-bought, but handmade, which makes it doubly special. And you don't necessarily need a holiday to lift the spirits of the men in your family; simply prepare this delightful treat for them, and I'm sure they'll be very grateful. I'll gladly help you handle everything quickly and easily, and show you how to make the "Tank" cake.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

At the beginning, arrange the cookies in the shape of a tank. You can use your imagination and create your own tank design—everything is in your hands.
- 2
Step 2

Now let's prepare the cream. Mix cottage cheese (I used soft) with sugar and butter in a bowl, then beat everything together.
- 3
Step 3

Now we need to set aside some of the cream for decorating the tank, and add cocoa to the remaining mass, then mix.
- 4
Step 4

Next, we need to make our tank model softer, so we dip each cookie in our tank into milk and put it back in place.
- 5
Step 5

On top, place the prepared cream and spread it evenly on all sides.
- 6
Step 6

We do the same with the remaining layers of cookies.
- 7
Step 7

Now we proceed to the tower, we also dip it in milk and spread it with cream.
- 8
Step 8

Now make the barrel from a wafer stick and sprinkle the tank with grated chocolate. If desired, you can write inscriptions using the cream we set aside for decoration. Place the finished tank in the refrigerator for several hours. Believe me, once it's chilled and soaked through, it will be incredibly delicious.
