Description

Perfect for serving with tea and coffee. This cake is quite simple to prepare. I don't usually spread it with cream, but you can confidently do so. As a cream, you can prepare a sour cream frosting, which is also very easy to make. Cut the cake in half and spread the layers with cream. This way, you'll get a real coconut cake. The baked good is ready. Serve it at the table.

   First, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line the baking pan with parchment paper and grease it with butter.

   Mix all the ingredients in a separate container and thoroughly blend with a mixer or whisk until smooth. The batter should be uniform.

   Pour the batter into a baking pan and bake for 40 minutes. When the pie is ready, let it cool for 5 minutes. Decorate with fresh berries and powdered sugar.
