Melt the butter. Mix it with 250 g of sour cream, sugar, and 3 tablespoons of honey. Extinguish the baking soda with vinegar and add it as well. Add flour to the mixture and knead the dough. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts.

Roll each ball into a 5 mm thick sheet. Cut out the future cake layers into the desired shape. Set aside the leftover dough.

Prepare the cream. Beat the cream, sour cream, honey, and condensed milk with a mixer.
