Cream Cake
Description
Perfect for serving with tea and coffee. Children are always delighted to receive a delicious and uniquely decorated cake at their party. This recipe clearly demonstrates how to assemble a cake in the shape of a dog. You can use any cake layers and filling cream you prefer. However, for creating a beautiful fur-like texture, it's best to use buttercream made with condensed milk, either boiled or regular. I hope the photos clearly show each step of the cake assembly, so you can delight your child.

First of all, draw the template parts on thick paper, according to which we will cut the biscuit.

This is how the cake will be assembled.

You can use a ready-made sponge cake for the cake, or you can bake it using your favorite recipe. If the sponge cake is thick, cut it into 2 or 3 layers and cut out the pieces for the future cake. Don't forget to cut out the ears (in whatever shape you prefer).

And this is how we'll assemble them. We cut out the pieces in two copies to give the dog height and volume.

Beat the soft butter with condensed milk to make the cream. Set aside half for the "fur," and use the rest to spread between the cake layers. You can soak the layers with syrup and add fruits between them. Prepare it just like your favorite cake. The most important part here is to properly shape and assemble the dog.

Once the dog's base—the body with legs—is assembled, we proceed to shape the head. Break the remaining pieces of sponge cake into small pieces and mix them with the cream. Then, use this mixture to form the head.

With the sponge cake and cream mixture, we "fill in" all the corners, smoothing and rounding the dog's shape. Attach the ears, lightly coat them with cream, and shape the tail.

And now, using a pastry bag with tips, start decorating the dog with fur-like patterns. You can use a multi-hole tip or a star tip. Begin decorating with the cream from the bottom!

Make the dog's eyes and nose from chocolate or candies. You can add melted chocolate to the cream to get fur of a different color.
