Cake with Marshmallows and Bananas
Description
The base of such a cake can be not only cookies, but also, for example, waffle layers. For the cream it's better to use a richer sour cream and beat it well with powdered sugar. I add just a little powdered sugar to the cream so the cake doesn't become overly sweet. It can be served after about an hour, but it's best to let it sit for at least 3–4 hours. Serve it cooled or slightly warm.
