Description

This chocolate crumb cake is one of our family’s favorites. It turns out moist, with a tender sponge and chocolate crumbs inside and out. You can make the crumbs any size you like. If you don’t like very sweet cakes, use dark chocolate—it will balance the flavor. It can be served with tea or coffee.
