Cake with cookies and cottage cheese
Description
This cake looks similar to another very popular cake called "Monastery Hut." You can leave it as a flat layer instead of shaping it like a little house. You can eat the cake right away, but it's better to wait and let it chill in the refrigerator overnight or at least for a couple of hours. You can mix the cottage cheese with dried fruits or candied fruits.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

1. Pour 100 milliliters of milk into a container, add the cookies in portions into the milk, and let each batch soak for 40-60 seconds.
- 2
Step 2

2. In a separate container, mix the cottage cheese, sour cream, and sugar (each person should adjust the sweetness to their own taste).
- 3
Step 3

3. Prepare the raisins in advance: place them in a bowl, pour boiling water over them, let sit for 10 minutes, then drain the water, add the raisins to the cottage cheese, and mix.
- 4
Step 4

4. Lay out parchment paper and place half of the cookies on it in a single layer (leave small gaps between each row), then add half of the cottage cheese mixture and spread it evenly.
- 5
Step 5

5. On top of the cottage cheese, place half of the remaining cookies. Do not leave gaps here; arrange them tightly next to each other.
- 6
Step 6

6. Place the remaining cottage cheese along the center, then add several spoons of condensed milk.
- 7
Step 7

7. Grab the edges of the parchment paper and carefully fold the outer sides into a triangle shape, forming a little house. Place the cake in the refrigerator in this form.
- 8
Step 8

8. Melt the butter, add cocoa to it and mix thoroughly, then set aside for 15-20 minutes.
- 9
Step 9

9. Cover the top and edges of the cake with the resulting mixture, decorate with coconut flakes and candy decorations. You can eat the cake immediately, but it's better to refrigerate it for a few hours.
