Marshmallow Cake

The recipe won't take much time. I'm sure everyone can make this marshmallow cake at home! To avoid any misunderstandings, I'll say right away: you can use regular meringue instead of marshmallows—it will melt just as well. And instead of chocolate candies, use the most affordable chocolate like "Alyonka" or "Chayka." Trust me, it will be no less delicious, and you'll save money. Serve it with tea or coffee.

1. Beat the eggs with sugar, add flour. Pour into a mold and bake until the dough is done. Now place the cookies on top.

2. For the cream, melt half of the marshmallows using a double boiler or directly in a saucepan; they will melt quickly before your eyes. Mix this thick, sticky mass with condensed milk, then generously pour this cream over the cake.

3. That's it! All that's left is to sprinkle our cake with candies, leftover marshmallows, and whatever else your heart desires. Put it in the refrigerator to chill.
