Raspberry Cake

Description

The recipe won't take much time. For lovers of berry cakes, I suggest baking a sponge cake with raspberries. The cake recipe is quite simple, made from the most accessible ingredients, yet turns out very, very delicious. The baked goods are ready. Serve at the table.

   Beat the eggs with sugar (100 g) until foamy, then add flour and poppy seeds. Mix thoroughly.

   Grease the baking pan with oil, pour in the batter, and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

   Check the sponge cake for doneness: if it springs back when pressed, it's ready.

   Let the finished cake cool, then cut it crosswise into three parts.

   Whip the cream with powdered sugar until thick. This will be the cream. Spread the cream on the bottom two layers and place raspberries on top.
