Cake with a crown
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. Here is a simple recipe for a crown cake. Of course, you can easily change the "filling": make, for example, a chocolate cake or layers with nuts. The frosting, of course, can be any you like. And why go so far… you can decorate even this cake differently! Make the crown bigger, skip elaborate decorations, and go for a solid color. Use your imagination. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Step 1

1. Bake the sponge cakes, let them cool, stack them on top of each other, and cut out heart shapes. For the cream, mix butter and dulce de leche, then add sour cream and beat again. The cream is ready! Spread it over the sponge cakes. Place in the refrigerator to chill.

2. Now let's work with the fondant. We'll leave about one-third white, color the rest with food coloring into black and red, and one small piece — yellow. Add sprinkles or glitter to the yellow piece. Make small squares from the white and black fondant.

Step 3

3. Attach the small squares to the black fondant layer and cover our cake. On top, place two layers of red and black fondant.
