Strawberry cake in a multicooker
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. The preparation process is quite labor-intensive: there's dough, cream, and glaze. You'll have to put in some effort. To make a strawberry cake in a multicooker, use kefir with 2.5% fat content and sour cream with 15% fat content. Sugar will be needed for the dough, the cream, and the glaze. I'll show exactly how much and where throughout the recipe. Check out the recipe. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Mix cocoa with kefir.
- 2
Step 2

Add 100 grams of sugar and 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar to this mixture. Stir, let it sit, and in the meantime toast the sesame seeds.
- 3
Step 3

Add sesame.
- 4
Step 4

Mix the flour with baking soda and add to the kefir mixture. Knead the dough.
- 5
Step 5

Grease the multicooker bowl with oil. Place the ready dough (it should be thick) into the bowl.
- 6
Step 6

Turn on the "Baking" mode for 50-55 minutes. Remove the finished cake and let it cool.
- 7
Step 7

We cut it into three layers. For the cream, mix: sour cream, 2 tsp vanilla sugar, and 60 grams of sugar.
- 8
Step 8

We start assembling the cake: spread each layer with cream. Then place strawberries on top.
- 9
Step 9

By the way, you can also place thinly sliced strawberries between the layers. Now for the glaze: melt the chocolate, mix it with 30 grams of sour cream, a tablespoon of sugar, and mashed strawberries. Spread the glaze over the surface in drops, and apply it as a solid layer on the sides. If desired, you can refrigerate the finished strawberry cake made in a multicooker for a short while. That's it!
