No-bake strawberry cake
Description
The dessert is simple and quick to prepare. As you can see, the recipe for a no-bake strawberry cake is incredibly easy. I often make it at the cottage in summer, where there's no oven in sight. When everyone's already had their fill of fresh strawberries, but they keep coming, that's when you need to find out what to do with them. Serve with tea or coffee.

1. Immediately dissolve the gelatin as directed on the package. Mix the breakfast cereal balls with 2 tablespoons of sugar and melted butter. Press onto the bottom of the mold.

2. Cut the strawberries in half and place them on top of the scoops.

3. Beat the cottage cheese, yogurt, and sugar until smooth. Pour in the melted gelatin and beat again. Pour the mixture over the berries.

4. Leave in the refrigerator until completely cooled, then, if desired, decorate the cake with strawberry pieces, chocolate, or jelly. Good luck!
