Step 1

1. Immediately divide the gelatin equally into two containers and pour boiling water into both to let the gelatin bloom. Beat the eggs with sugar, add flour, and bake a sponge cake from this mixture for half an hour at 180 degrees. Let it cool and trim the baked sponge to fit the size of the mold. Alternatively, you can buy a ready-made sponge cake from the store.

Step 2

2. Next, we'll make a gentle white cream. Using a mixer, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Then add vanilla. Beat until uniform, and only then start adding the gelatin mixture from one container. Mix well.

Step 3

3. Wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Make triangular cuts at the base so the berries resemble hearts. Pour the white cream over the cake layer, add the berries, and refrigerate until set.

Step 4

4. While the cake is setting, mix the remaining dissolved gelatin with any powdered jelly (red color). Prepare the jelly according to the package instructions, then mix it with the gelatin. As soon as the white layer of the cake has set, pour the jelly over it. Return the cake to the refrigerator to set again.
