Jam and Cheese Cake
Description
Delicious dessert for the whole family. Any "Philadelphia" cream cheese will work for this cake: store-bought or homemade. You can use any jam you like. Instead of sponge cake, feel free to use any cookies of your choice. The juice should be the same flavor as the jam. However, it's better not to replace the almonds, as they perfectly complement the taste. If you plan to cover the top of the cake with jelly, line the springform pan with plastic wrap to prevent leakage. You can decorate the top with jam or as you prefer. Serve with tea or coffee.
