Meringue Cake
Description
Don't know how to bake meringue but love cakes with it? Buy ready-made meringues and don't worry! It will be delicious and crispy. If you can't find small meringues, just take any kind and break them into pieces. Serve cooled down or slightly warm.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Beat the eggs with sugar into a fluffy foam. Without stopping, gradually pour in the vegetable oil while continuing to beat.
- 3
Step 3

Sift flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder into the egg-butter mixture.
- 4
Step 4

Gently mix and pour into a parchment-lined baking pan.
- 5
Step 5

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes. Check for doneness with a skewer; when pierced, it should come out dry. Avoid overbaking.
- 6
Step 6

Remove the finished cake from the pan together with the parchment paper and cool on a wire rack. Cut into two layers.
- 7
Step 7

Beat the soft butter with peanut butter. Gradually add condensed milk and beat until a fluffy cream forms. I recommend adding a pinch of fine salt to the cream while beating.
- 8
Step 8

Divide the cream into three parts. Spread both cake layers with a thick layer of cream. Place the meringue on the bottom cake layer and cover with the second layer, cream side down. Gently press the cake layer.
- 9
Step 9

Cover the top with the remaining cream.
- 10
Step 10

Decorate the cake to your taste.
- 11
Step 11

The cake can be served immediately.
- 12
Step 12

Ready. Serve at the table.
