Description
The recipe won't take much time. Here is a simple recipe for the "Little Fish" cake. Making the biscuit base is not difficult; the trickier part is creating an attractive decoration. Use fondant, confectioner's glaze, food coloring, and your imagination. Have a wonderful day!

For the sponge cake: beat the eggs with sugar, add flour sifted together with baking powder and cocoa. Gradually add vegetable oil and boiling water. Bake the cake layer and let it cool.

Cut the sponge cake into cubes and soak with cherry jam.

Beat the sour cream with sugar and vanilla.

Form the fish shape. Dip each biscuit cube into the sour cream cream and place it on a tray.
