No-bake cake
Description
Perfect for tea and coffee. No-bake cakes are a great option for those who temporarily don't have access to an oven. Usually, such cakes use a ready-made base made of crumbs, cookies, or pre-baked sponge cake. In this recipe, you'll need sugar cookies or any other favorite cookies. If you prefer a smoother cream, strain the custard through a sieve to remove lumps. Be sure to alternate the cream layers—this way, the cake will look beautiful when sliced and taste even better.
