Description

First, soak the agar-agar in water for 3 hours. Line the baking pan with parchment paper.

Beat softened butter with sugar using a mixer until the mixture becomes light and creamy. Then add egg yolks and beat for 3–4 minutes.

Mix the flour with the baking powder and sift. Gently add the flour to the butter mixture and knead the dough. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the cake layers (2 pieces) for 8 minutes. Let the baked layers cool completely.

Prepare the soufflé. Mix condensed milk, butter, and vanilla, then beat with a mixer until a fluffy creamy mixture forms. Combine agar-agar with sugar in a saucepan, bring to a boil, and pour into the cream.

In a separate container, beat the egg whites with lemon juice until fluffy. Incorporate the whites into the soufflé. It is important to add the ingredients gradually.

Assemble the cake. Place the mousse on the cake layer, then another cake layer, and more mousse. Cover the entire cake with chocolate glaze. To prepare the glaze, melt chocolate and butter in a water bath. Refrigerate the cake to let it soak, then serve.
