Jelly-based cake
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Honestly, I've always been afraid of baking, especially something as serious as making cakes. But one day I had free time and decided to experiment. The result was this recipe for making "Bird's Milk" cake with gelatin! My family was so incredibly delighted that I decided to share it with you. Serve it cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Dissolve the gelatin as directed on the package. Mix the egg yolks with sugar and milk. Add the gelatin to the mixture. Gradually add the flour. Cook over a water bath until thickened. Add softened butter, beat with a mixer, then cool.

Step 2

2. Beat the egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form.

Step 3

3. Mix the two masses together, making sure the egg whites do not collapse in the process.

Step 4

4. If necessary, bake the sponge cake layers yourself, or toast the store-bought ones in the oven. Let them cool, spread the mousse on top, and place in the refrigerator until chilled!

Step 5

5. After five to seven hours, the soufflé will have completely set. You can decorate this cake with chocolate glaze or fresh berries — as you prefer.
