Cake with boiled condensed milk
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. This cake is very similar to the traditional and beloved Prague cake. The cream with condensed milk is richer and thicker, so I highly recommend soaking the cake layers with syrup—this can be a simple sugar syrup, fruit syrup, or one based on liqueurs, for example. The chocolate glaze is a special highlight of this cake. All sweet lovers should definitely try this recipe. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions

Step 1

1. First, as usual, prepare the crust. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees before starting. Put sugar and eggs into a deep bowl. Beat until smooth.
- 2
Step 2

2. Add the sifted cocoa. For flavor, pour in a little vanilla extract.
- 3
Step 3

3. Then add the flour, previously sifted. Mix the dough thoroughly.
- 4
Step 4

4. Place the dough into a greased baking form and put it in the oven for about half an hour (check for doneness with a toothpick, as the baking time depends on the height of the cake).
- 5
Step 5

5. Let the baked cake cool in the pan, then transfer it to a wire rack and carefully cut it into 3 layers.
- 6
Step 6

6. The cream is also quite simple: beat the butter with condensed milk and cocoa. You can add a little liqueur, for example.
- 7
Step 7

7. Soak the cake layers with berry juice, sweet syrup, or alcohol if the dessert is not intended for children.
- 8
Step 8

8. Then spread the layers with cream and assemble the cake.
- 9
Step 9

9. Spread the remaining cream over the sides and top. Refrigerate the cake for 2-3 hours. Melt the chocolate and add a tablespoon of odorless vegetable oil. Pour the glaze over the top and leave the cake for another 3-4 hours so it sets well and becomes fully soaked. You can additionally decorate it with nuts or leftover cream, using a pastry bag to pipe it.
