Cake from ready-made puff pastry
Description
Delicious pastry for the whole family. I recommend always keeping some puff pastry in the freezer—it allows you to quickly prepare a tasty dessert or even a cake base. In this recipe, you need to bake light, airy sticks from puff pastry, then arrange them in the shape of a log and cover with cream. After the cake has chilled in the refrigerator for 6 hours and absorbed the cream well, you'll be amazed at how light and tender it turns out. The cake simply melts in your mouth. Use richer cream, as it's easier to whip into a stable consistency. The pastry is ready. Serve at the table.
