Description
The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. This "Beer Mug" cake recipe can be varied in several ways—either make several small individual cakes, as shown here, or prepare one large cake. But I think it's much nicer when each guest gets their own little cake! My friend made these little cakes for a bachelorette party, and it was a lot of fun. Serve them warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Step 1
1. Beat eggs with sugar in a bowl, add coffee and oil, mix until smooth. Add flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder, knead into a uniform batter. Bake in glass jars or tall molds for lexicon (20 minutes each).

2. Make a cream from chocolate, Baileys, whipped cream, and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Cut holes in each cupcake and pour the chocolate mixture into them. Color part of the fondant yellow, leave the rest white. Create small figures as shown in the photo.

3. Now make handles for the "mug," wrapping each cake with yellow "fabric."

4. I reheat the leftover white fondant and mix it with sour cream in equal proportions to create a clay-like consistency. Use it to make "foam."
