Cake master class
Description
The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. The "Pavlova" cake was created and named after a ballerina. Today I present a master class. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Set the yolks aside—we will need only the whites. Place the whites into a clean and dry container.
- 2
Step 2

Beat the egg whites, gradually adding powdered sugar, until stiff peaks form. Add vinegar, starch, and vanilla, and gently mix everything together.
- 3
Step 3

On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, carefully spread the egg whites into a round cake shape.
- 4
Step 4

Place in a preheated oven at 110 degrees for 60-70 minutes. The cake should turn out a beautiful beige color.
- 5
Step 5

Whip the cream with a spoonful of sugar until stiff peaks form. Using a spatula, spread the cream over the cake layer, distributing it evenly in a thin layer.
- 6
Step 6

Peel the kiwi, slice it thinly, and place it on the cake. The cake is ready!
