
Cake in a multicooker
Description

Step 1

Prepare a white sponge cake. Beat 150 ml sour cream with 150 g sugar, one egg, 150 g flour, and 1/2 tsp baking soda. Grease the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil. Pour the prepared batter into it. Cook in "Baking" mode for 60 minutes.

While the white sponge cake is cooling, prepare the chocolate one. Mix the batter with 150 ml sour cream, 150 g flour, 150 g sugar, cocoa, 1/2 tsp baking soda, and one egg. Bake the batter in "Baking" mode for 1 hour in an oiled pot. Then remove the sponge cake to cool.

Now make the cream. Whip 300 ml of sour cream with 150 g of sugar. Then pour in the condensed milk and mix again.

Cut the chocolate sponge cake in half lengthwise into equal parts. Leave one half whole, and cut the other half into cubes.

Cut the white sponge cake completely into medium-sized cubes.

Assemble the cake. Spread cream over the whole biscuit base. On top, add a layer of light biscuit cubes. Spread them with cream. Then add a layer of dark cubes, and so on, building the cake into a pyramid shape.

Prepare the glaze. Place a saucepan over low heat with milk, 75 g of sugar, and cocoa. Cook, stirring, until thickened. At the end, add the butter. Mix until smooth and homogeneous.

Pour the cake with icing. Leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
