Kefir cake
Description
The recipe won’t take much time. A melted bar of chocolate will work for the glaze too. Instead of baking soda you can use baking powder, but don’t add it to the kefir—you should stir the baking powder into the flour first, then add it to the batter. For the cream, it’s better to use sour cream with a higher fat content. The bake is ready. Serve.
