Instructions

Step 1

1. First, let's make a topping for a golden, crispy crust. Blend the nuts, brown sugar, 100 grams of flour, 1 tablespoon of cinnamon, 50 grams of butter, and vanilla extract in a blender. Mix until you get a crumbly consistency like this.

Step 2

2. Slice the apples into thin wedges. To prevent them from browning, I sprinkle them with lemon juice.

Step 3

3. For the batter, mix the eggs with sugar in the same mixer or blender until fluffy. Then add flour, butter, cinnamon, baking powder, milk, and jam. The batter should have the consistency of sour cream.

Step 4

4. Lightly sprinkle the bottom of the pan with the first mixture, then add the apples.

Step 5

5. Next step: pour our batter over the top and sprinkle with the remaining "sandy" mixture. Bake the cake in the oven at 190 degrees for 40 minutes (or slightly less, but definitely until the "dry match" test is passed).

Step 6

6. Serve with whipped cream!
