
No-Bake Cake
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. In essence, this cake is made almost entirely of cream, while the cookie pieces give it a crispy texture and extra sweetness from the layers. That’s why you should cut it with a very sharp knife. If you want a denser texture, add 2–3 grams of dissolved gelatin to the cream. You can decorate it with chocolate drizzles, cookies, chocolate, berries, or cream. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making a no-bake Oreo cake.

Break the Oreo cookies for the base into pieces, place them in a blender bowl, and pulse until finely ground. Melt the butter, pour it over the Oreo crumbs, and mix until evenly combined. Set an 18–20 cm pastry ring on a base. Transfer the prepared mixture into the ring, press firmly, and refrigerate.

Place the cream cheese in a bowl, add the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar, and beat for 2 minutes until light and fluffy.

Whip the cream until light and fluffy, add to the cheese mixture, and gently mix until smooth.

Break the Oreo cookies for the cream into pieces, add them to the cream, and mix gently.

Spread the cream over the base, level it, and refrigerate for 4–6 hours to set. Then remove the ring, decorate as you like, and serve.
