Cake
Description
Delicious dessert for the whole family. Be sure to make this cake for your loved ones if they enjoy "Oreo" cookies. They taste very similar thanks to the chocolate layers, cream cheese, and chocolate. The ingredients listed in the recipe yield two cake layers, each of which should be sliced in half. I recommend using a 20-22 cm pan—the cake will turn out taller and more attractive. For decoration, you can use any chocolate cookies, chocolate sprinkles, or edible glitter.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Line the bottom of a removable mold with silicone baking paper. Combine the sifted flour with baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Pour very hot water over the cocoa powder and stir until smooth, making sure there are no lumps.

Step 2

2. Add the kefir and mix thoroughly. Beat the soft butter with sugar and vanilla sugar for 2-3 minutes. Add the room-temperature eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Step 3

3. Finally, add refined oil. Alternating, gradually add the cocoa mixture and the flour mixture in several batches. Divide the batter into two parts and distribute evenly into the molds. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Step 4

4. Leave the cake layers in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove and cool completely on a wire rack. Cut each layer in half horizontally and carefully transfer the top halves. Beat the soft butter for 5–7 minutes. Add vanilla and powdered sugar in two batches.

Step 5

5. Thoroughly mix the cream cheese at room temperature and combine it with the butter mixture in two stages. Place the cream in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Transfer part of the cream into a piping bag.

Step 6

6. Spread the cream on the bottom cake layer, smooth it out, and assemble the entire cake in the same way. Place the cake in the refrigerator for an hour. Mix the remaining cream with the crumbs from the trimmed cake edges and refrigerate.

Step 7

7. Spread the remaining cream over the top and sides of the cake and refrigerate for 5-6 hours. Insert disposable chopsticks into the center of the cake, coat them with tempered chocolate, and let the chocolate set.

Step 8

8. Using tempered chocolate, attach the "Oreo" cookies. Place the cut-out packaging from the cookies on top. Apply luster dust.
