Cake
Description
Homemade dessert for tea. Essentially, this cake resembles a mousse. That's why it turns out very tender, but it does require some skill to make even layers that don't mix together. For making the "Delight" cake, I love using cherries (more tart ones) and strawberries (which are sweeter)—the combination is wonderfully piquant.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Dissolve the gelatin. Crush the cookies in a blender, then add sour cream and gelatin to the cookies, spread over the bottom of the mold.
- 2
Step 2

In a blender, grind the strawberries and cherries together. Separate the yolks from the whites and beat them with sugar.
- 3
Step 3

Mix the berry mixture with the whipped egg yolks, add the remaining gelatin. Spread the mixture over the cookies, then refrigerate until set.
- 4
Step 4

While the first layer is setting, beat the egg whites well and add gelatin to them. Then spread this mixture over the first berry layer and let it thicken.
- 5
Step 5

Decorate the cake with grated chocolate and candy decorations.
- 6
Step 6

You can also decorate it with sugar cherries before serving. That's it! Our "Delight" cake is ready! Let it chill in the refrigerator, then serve with tea. )
