
Cake with boiled condensed milk
Description

When spreading each cake layer with cream, you can sprinkle extra walnuts or peanuts on top. The baked goods are ready. Serve at the table.

Prepare the ingredients.

Pour water and vinegar into a bowl, add butter (180 grams), and stir in the flour.

Knead the dough.

Divide it into equal-sized pieces.

Roll each piece out with a rolling pin into a thin sheet.

Place it on a baking sheet, pierce it with a fork, and bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 3–4 minutes. Then put a plate on top and trim the uneven edges with a knife.

For the cream, combine condensed milk and butter. You may use half a package of butter (90 grams) instead of a whole one. Whip the cream with a mixer.
