Homemade Cake

120 min4 serv.21 февр. 2026 г.

Description

Homemade baked goods for tea. To prevent the dough from sticking to your hands, table, and rolling pin, sprinkle flour on the table. The thinner you roll the dough, the better. From 12 layers, set one aside for crumbs. If you want the cake to look neater, trim the edges. But I like it just as it is—after all, it's a homemade cake :) Serve with tea or coffee.

    4. Then transfer the dough back onto the table and roll it into a rope. Divide it into 2 halves, then each half into 6 pieces. You will end up with 12 small flatbreads.

    5. Roll out each piece of dough into a thin layer using a rolling pin. Prick it several times with a fork. Transfer to a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven for 3-5 minutes at 200 degrees.

    9. Sprinkle the top layer with the crumb topping. That's it, the simple "Napoleon" is ready! :)
