No-bake Cake (Winner)
Description
Perfect for serving with tea and coffee. There are several ways to prepare a lazy cake. The base can be made from cookies (crackers, shortbread, puff pastry), thin Armenian lavash, or you can use ready-made store-bought cake layers. The cream can be classic or based on condensed milk. You'll spend more time letting it soak than actually preparing it. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
