Cake
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. The French were the ones who started adding gelatin to this cake to enhance its appearance. If you're planning to make the cake just for yourself, not for a festive occasion, there's no need to bother with the gelatin cream. The cake turns out very tasty and tender. The baked good is ready. Serve it at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

1. First, prepare all the main ingredients. If you don't have time or desire to bake a sponge cake—use a ready-made one, as I did.

Step 2

2. To make the "Cheeky Banana" cake at home, you will need a baking pan. I used a rectangular pan with a non-stick bottom. Line it with foil and set it aside for a while.

Step 3

3. Meanwhile, brew strong coffee, add sugar and liqueur. Adjust the amount of sugar to your taste. The liqueur and coffee will give our cake an amazing aroma.

Step 4

4. Now place the biscuit in the mold, soak it with coffee and liqueur, then spread the chocolate paste over the cake layer. To help it spread more easily, warm the paste slightly.

Step 5

5. Now you need to prepare the caramel: pour a small amount of water over the gelatin and let it stand for a while. As soon as it begins to swell, remove the excess water.
- 6
Step 6

6. Beat the mascarpone and condensed milk. Then mix the cream with gelatin until smooth.

Step 7

7. Now spread half of the cream onto the cake layer. Slice the bananas into rounds, arrange them in a single layer on top, then spread the remaining caramel cream over them. Smooth everything out with a spatula, cover with the second cake layer, and soak it with the coffee-liqueur syrup, as well as the chocolate paste.

Step 8

8. Refrigerate overnight to allow the cake to set and absorb the flavors. That's it.
