Beer Cake

40 min4 serv.21 февр. 2026 г.

Description

Delicious baked treat for the whole family. For baking, it's best to use dark beer with a rich flavor—ale, porter, or stout. The cake has a deep taste with a slight bitterness and moderate sweetness. Its aroma is reminiscent of bread and hops. Unsweetened whipped cream mixed with cocoa powder perfectly complements this unique cake. If you find it not sweet enough, I recommend not adding anything directly to the cake, but simply drizzling the slices with salted caramel to taste. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
