Easter Cake
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. Many children, including my own little rascals, don't like plain cottage cheese. But this cake they devour with great enthusiasm. However, the recipe is considered quite rich, so it's not recommended to eat too much of this dessert. But at Easter, you can treat yourself :) Well, let's get started. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Beat egg yolks with granulated sugar and cook until slightly thickened. Make sure the sugar dissolves and the mixture turns white. Add chocolate and cream. Once the chocolate has melted, remove the mixture from heat and add butter. Beat in vanilla essence.

Step 2

Add the cottage cheese, rubbed through a sieve, to the cooled mixture. Beat until smooth. The result should be a cream-like mixture.
- 3
Step 3

Pour the cottage cheese mixture into a silicone mold previously greased with butter. Refrigerate (preferably overnight).

Step 4

Once the cake has set, place the mold into a container with hot water and wait for a minute. Then transfer the cake onto a serving plate. Decorate with fruits and any edible decorative elements.
