Description
The steamed cake tastes like something between a “Potato” pastry and a brownie. To fully appreciate the cake’s flavor, do not replace dark chocolate with milk chocolate and keep the preparation sequence. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Separate the eggs into whites and yolks.

Beat the egg whites until soft peaks form and place them in the refrigerator.
