Mayonnaise cake
Description
Perfect for tea and coffee. I was utterly amazed when I first came across a sweet baking recipe using mayonnaise. After my first attempt, I can confidently recommend using mayonnaise—it gives the baked goods a unique texture. A cake made with mayonnaise tastes no different from a regular one (without mayonnaise), so there's no need to be afraid. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.
