Cake with kefir in a multicooker
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. Any baking made with kefir turns out tasty and light. It is also low in calories. A sour cream frosting is perfect for a kefir cake—it will moisten the cake just right and add tenderness. Serve it cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions

Step 1

Beat the eggs with sugar using a mixer. Do this for 5-7 minutes until foam appears.
- 2
Step 2

It's better to get the kefir in advance so that it reaches room temperature. Then, slowly pour it in a thin stream into the egg-sugar mixture.

Step 3

Combine the flour with the baking powder. Gradually add the flour mixture to the kefir-egg mixture. Stir with a spoon.
- 4
Step 4

Grease the bottom of the multicooker with vegetable oil. Place the dough into the multicooker.
- 5
Step 5

Bake in "Baking" mode for a total of 95 minutes (65+30). Then remove the sponge cake and cut it into several layers. I got three.
- 6
Step 6

Whip the sour cream together with the condensed milk for 5-7 minutes. Generously spread the cream between the cake layers, making sure to use plenty. Let the cake soak for at least 5 hours.
