Kefir Cake
Description
Baking is simple and quick. Making most cakes is labor-intensive, which is why busy modern people with little free time often skip homemade cakes and buy ready-made ones instead. However, not every cake is difficult. In particular, the kefir cake described in this recipe is very easy to make—it will take you literally 20–30 minutes and requires no exceptional culinary skills. Simple ingredients, a simple method—a great homemade cake. Good luck with your baking! ;) Serve cooled or slightly warm.
