1. Beat the egg whites into a stiff foam, adding food coloring to them. Separately, mix the milk, sugar, baking powder, egg yolks, a little oil, and flour. Then gently fold this blue mixture into the batter.

2. Now carefully divide the dough into two parts and bake two identical layers. Bake each one for about 20 minutes at 190 degrees.

3. For the cream, mix the remaining butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and whipped cream. Once the cake layers are ready and cooled, cut them in half and fill with the cream. Then, add melted chocolate and cocoa to the remaining cream, and generously cover the outside of the cake with this mixture.

4. Decorate the cake to your liking. You can arrange candies to form a number one, or simply adorn it with a candle. Let the cake chill in the refrigerator for an hour or two, then slice it and amaze your guests with the blue layers!
